Through Service Journeys we recognize our role as global neighbors. These are short-term experiences in other cultures through which we learn from and serve alongside leaders and communities with whom we maintain long-term partnership. In addition to serving, we put a special emphasis on learning and relationship in community. By serving through a process of action and spiritual reflection, these experiences have been transformative for many in our community.

We partner with King’s Hospital and Orphanage, conducting surgery, medical clinics and work teams. We provide medical services and financial support to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the children. We also partner with Pastor Ewal Duplessy in Jacmel, conducting rural mobile medical clinics.
We partner with the Inspiration Center and the Center for Transforming Mission in Nairobi, who are both committed to seeing transformation take place in their urban communities, encouraging others to see and celebrate God at work. We also partner with Camp Brethren Ministries in the remote village of Eburru, where Pastor Steve has pioneered a medical clinic, a school, and an orphanage all supported by a farm and water-harvesting project.
We partner with a church in Puerto Plata called A Light on the Road Church, who seeks holistic redemption and restoration in their community. Through this partnership we have served with a boys and girls club, a sewing shop, elementary school, health clinic, construction and building relationships.
