God, you speak in a gentle whisper. You speak in a still, small voice. Yet, we are often so easily distracted running, grasping, and disconnected from both our hearts and Yours. Help us to be still, listen, and be willing to sit with our present moments fully as it is full of longing, fears and beauty. Help us quiet our hearts to hear your voice. Amen.
